The Ultimate Stack 2 is designed for beginning to intermediate lifters. It utilizes the scientifically based strength and size increasing qualitys of the Juice Pack throughout the cycle. During month 2 WINNI-V and D-Bol are included into the mix. The WInni-V is added to keep the metabolic rate high and the body lean. The D-BOL is added to further increase mass and strength resulting in a new PEAK CONDITION at the end of the LIFTING CYCLE.

 

Diet recommendations:

Eat meals in equal caloric portions every 2 hours for 5 – 6 meals daily.

 

Month 1: Follow diet outlined in Juice Pack training manual.

15 – 25% Fat

30 – 40% protein

45 – 55% Carbs

1.5 Grams of protein per pound of bodyweight.

Month 2: Continue with previous recommendations.

Month 3-4:

70% – Protein ( 2 grams per pound of bodyweight )

20% – Fat

10% – Carbs
